How It Works
The Process
At HolmeStage, we use escrow - a trusted service that keeps your payment safe until your staging is complete. It's our way to make selling easier and worry-free.
You place your payment into escrow.
HolmeStage finishes your staging project.
Payment is released to HolmeStage once the project is complete, or after a maximum of 12 months.
In Addition to Escrow
Your payment stays protected until the work is finished.
Every step is documented and protected.
Both sides agree to clear terms before funds are released.
No risk of paying before the service is delivered.
With this program, you don't need to pay anything upfront. The staging cost is placed into escrow and paid automatically at closing, just like other real estate transaction fees.
*Escrow fees are covered by the client.
